Clarins / New Lip Perfector Shades...

 

I'm sure you've all heard Clarins are adding to their ever popular Lip Perfector shades. YES... I hear you all say, high five! When I first read about this I was grinning like the Cheshire cat. I'm a huge fan of the Lip Perfectors, the formulation is perfect the shades are dreamy and the scent is scrummy. What's not to love?

They've kept the packaging the same, the squeezey tubes and sponge tip applicator works really well, so a sigh of relief was needed when I saw this. I really like the slim line packaging and applicator. The shades follow in line with the previous shades very well, the only difference being the new shades are richer in colour. The new shades are (06) Rosewood Shimmer- a warm brown, (05) Candy Shimmer- a stunning rosey pink, a warmer version of it's predecessor Rose Shimmer. This shade is my favourite from the trio. Finally the lightest shade is (04) Petal Shimmer- a milky pink nude. 

Despite their names all ending with shimmer they don't actually have any shimmer in them, they're milky and creamy in finish. They're not tacky or sticky and feel amazing on the lips, very hydrating and perfect to throw on during the day or evening. These are going to be a must have this year and whether you snap up one, two or all three be sure to head run for the counter once they launch!

Sadly you'll need to wait a few more weeks yet as these babies won't be out till May. So form an orderly queue ladies, these are gonna fly off the counters!
