NYX Cosmetics | Autumn/Winter Look

NYX is fast becoming my favourite makeup brand, everything I have tried has been great quality and highly pigmented. NYX has now launched in the UK which is amazing, they have such a vast selection of makeup. Truly something for everyone, lots of different textures and finishes. I've recently been using 'The Curve' which is totally different from your traditional liquid liner, the name says it all. It's curved making it easier to handle giving you more control when applying top liner. This has to be one of the best top liquid liners I've tried purely for the sponge tipped nib, it's long and tapered making it perfect. I already own a NYX eye shadow palette for a couple years ago and I remember the eysahdows being great quality and long lasting. I love wearing a charcoal shade all over the lid and buffed into the socket. It looks lovely for both day and night, plus with the little added extra of 'The Curve' these two products alone can create a very dramatic evening look in minutes.

If I do wear a smokey eye and liner during the day I always make sure I choose a soft lighter shade for the lips. NYX have a great selection of lipsticks and lip glosses but their Xtreme Lip Cream is amazingggggg! It's a liquid lipstick disguised as a lip gloss, it feels lovely creamy on and lasts ages.I would love to try more shades.

The last NYX product which I've been testing is one of their Nail Polishes, I have the shade Compulsive. It's a deep aubergine shade, very flattering on the nails especially short nails. The formulation is lovely, you only need one coat and the finish is very glossy.
