Lip Collection & Storage

It recently dawned on me that I have an overwhelming amount of lipsticks, lip glosses, stains and balms. I use to store these in little plastic trays which sat neatly in my Ikea Alex unit. Sadly this is not the case and I have been storing them in my plastic 4 drawer unit, this sits nicely on top of my Alex 9 Drawer unit.
I thought it would be a good post to share with you all, I'm hoping you will all say you have this amount and make me feel better. However I have a horrible feeling I'm some kind of secrete lip product hoarder! Help me!!
I devised a system where I have my lip balms at the top, then all nude/brown lip products, peach/orange shades, pink/purple shades. I store lipsticks, glosses, stains and balms all together but by colour. How do you store/sort your lip products? Do you have all lip glosses together then all lipsticks?
I got this unit really cheap last year from Asda, I think it was roughly £4-6 which is great value. I store my brush pots on top.

I think Lip balms are fast becoming a new weakness for me, I seem to have a nice little selection! Plus I really want the Nuxe Reve de Miel Lip Balm next.

Nudes are always welcomed in my stash, I think the word Nude is hard to categorise. There's so many different types of nudes. If you're a Nude-y like myself you'll know what I mean.

I love wearing peach/coral shades through the summer, this is the one colour which can totally transform a look. A love a sun kissed glow and lashings of mascara and then a nice vibrant coral shade to add a pop of colour.

After taking these photos and looking through my collection it soon became evident that I have a lot of pinks, purples and some reds. I think everyone needs a red, this again is a hard one because there are so many different shades and tones of red. I've been enjoying lilac/purple toned lips lately which is a nice surprise.

 

Here is a sneak peek at my current skincare. I store all my must haves in this neat little acrylic tray. It fits perfectly on top of the Alex Unit.
