Stila - Convertible Cheeks & Lips

Following on from my 'Face of 5 in 5' post I gave a special mention to the Stila Convertible Colour and wanted to sing it's praises a little more in a separate blog post.
Victoria Beckham recently mentioned in May 2012 Issue of Harper's Bazaar her love for Stila's Lip Glaze and Concealer! So if Stila is good enough for VB it sure as hell is good enough for us- right ladies? I haven't tried Stila's Lip Glazes or their concealers but after reading this I have them on my *Wish List*.

The Stila Convertible Colour works as two products and looks amazing on the skin. It gives a fresh natural flush to the cheeks and a dewy finish, whilst on the lips it's a mix of a matte/satin finish. I've used a clear balm over the top for a glossy finish and that works just as well. I apply the same as I would a cream blush and use my Sigma Round Top Kabuki F82 which I bought last year and adore it!

Stila Convertible Colour- Peony* & Sigma F82

The compact is pretty and very GIRLY with a pretty flower embossed design, I was surprised how light it felt. Plus I adore the rose gold compact, in the photo it shows up more pink/purple but I can assure you its a rich rose gold.

This is my go to natural blush, I love the texture and the finish it gives on the face. This would be perfect for dry skin types. What do you think of the colour and overall appearance of the blush on the skin? Pretty don't you think?

There's so many other shades to pick from, I'm looking forward to treating myself to a different shade. I'm thinking of Gerbera, Lillium or Petunia? So if you've tried any of those shades let me know. These would work perfectly all year round and a great product to travel with.

You can purchase from Stila Convertible Colour RRP £16 from www.beautybay.com

Have you tried any of the shades? I would love to know your thoughts!

  1. That does look really pretty on. I read somewhere that if you're wearing a warm-toned blusher, you should wear a warm-toned lippie, so I guess that saves you rooting around for two that match!

  4. This shade looks lovely on you :) It looks like the perfect colour for me too, but I am a little afraid of cream blushers, they never seem to want to work for me :(
