New purse, new bracelet & cream Blushers!

Ages ago I was one of 6 very lucky runner ups, this was from the Toni&Guy Stylist competition. All the runners up won £50 worth of ASOS vouchers and some haircare products. Last week I was sent my prize and found myself glued to ASOS.com. I didn't want to spend the whole amount on makeup but really wanted to try a couple blushers which I've been lusting over.

I'm very pleased to say I'm now the very proud owner of NARS Deep Throat, yay finally. After watching Tanya Burr's monthly favourites video last year I have wanted this so much, she also mentions in her video another blush which is by Illamasqua. Tanya actually compares NARS Deep Throat to Illamasqua's Cream Blush in Laid, she says it's like a cream version of the very popular Deep Throat. Well I was sold, so at the click of a button Laid was laying in my cart! Excuse the pun lol.

I then had a little browse at the wallets and jewellery and found myself buying this cute floral purse from River Island, the floral print and big silver ball clasp won me over. I would love to justify spending a nice little wad of pennies on the Ted Baker purses which have the chunky ball clasps but sadly I can't. Maybe one day?

Then I had a small amount left so ended up actually putting a few quid towards the order so I wouldn't lose any money and bought this bright chunky gold neon thread bracelet from River Island.

The last 2 necklaces which I ordered from Ebay finally arrived on Thursday and boy they were worth the wait! Wait till you see the blog post on them, I have a couple jewellery posts coming up so keep an eye out for them.

Thanks for reading & Happy Easter if you celebrate it ♥

Sherrie xoxo

  1. I love that purse! So twee and cute. I'm a bit scared of that Illamasqua blush tho - it looks very dark! Are you going to show it swatched and blended? I'm intrigued! xx

  3. @Powdered Almond- Thanks for your comment :) yes I've been pondering over this blush for yonks now and then just took the plunge and got it. And I'm so glad I did, the staying power is amazing and when blended it's beautiful! I have a post planned for this. Been wearing it daily over the top of my self tan. x
