Current Skincare Routine

I've been meaning to tell you about my skincare routine for a while now and to be honest it's taken a little while to finally get this sorted. I must be honest and say I got a little lazy and stopped using my Nutra Sonic and then I would say the past month or so I noticed my skin went a little AWOL and so I decided to get my skincare routine settled and started using the Nutra Sonic again and boy oh boy did I miss it! I noticed the difference in my skin instantly! Also not only is my skin feeling better it's looking better and I genuinely think it's down to the Nutra Sonic, using this helps the products I use work better and reach deeper into my skin therefore achieving better results. My foundation looks and applies better to my skin, I had lots of small horrible bumps underneath the skin on my forehead which looked awful when I applied foundation over the top but these have cleared now which is great! You can see my full review of the Nutra Sonic here.

So in a nutshell this is my routine:

Step 1-Nutra Sonic in the morning with my Cetaphil Cleanser.

Step 2- Followed by Origins United State toner then

Step 3- Origins Ginzing eye cream

Step 4-Philosophy Peace In A Jar day cream.

Evening routine as follows:

Step 1-  Evolve Melt Cleanser with hot Muslim cloth

Step 2- Nutra Sonic with Cetaphil Cleanser

Step 3- Origins United State toner

Step 4- Rodial Eye cream

Step 5- Origins Night -A-Mins.

Extra Treatments:

For extra skincare treatments I use the Elemis Papaya Enzyme Peel which smells amazing! I've also started using the Estee Lauder Idealist again, I had a nice sized sample to try and using this again just on my t-zone area. Then lastly my skin has been soaking up MEMEME Cosmetics Seventh Heaven. I have reviewed this product so if you would like further info then check that out here. I use this just before applying my foundation and my skin glows! It looks so clear and smooth, which is also probably down to using my Nutra Sonic. I also love to use the bliss facial masks for an extra treat.

Thanks for reading, please comment below if you've tried any of

these products or would like to!
