To start off the change of seasons I wanted to share a quick FOTD which I've been wearing all week and love! I had a rummage through my makeup and with Autumn in mind I selected some shade and went with it and am happy to say I really love the change in colours and tones.
~ Autumn FOTD~
I'm also re-trying Estee Lauder Double Wear Light and actually really glad I turfed out the small sample I had because I'm really loving it and also trying out new concealers at the moment as well which is always exciting I think.
I wanted to use warm tones on the lids which was easy and then a flash of colour along the lower lid so went for Mac Undercurrent.
Sorry for my sloppy photo!
I used a cream eye pencil over the lid from Tesco, this creases really bad if you apply a lot so I apply a very small amount and blend it into the lid. It's a shame because it's a beautiful colour and looks lush on the eyes. Next I used a Boots No7 single eyeshadow in Truffle over the top patted onto the lid and roughly applied into the crease, then I took my Boots No7 blend & contour brush and buffed the edges to give a softer smokey edge.
I love the lip combo, I used Boots No7 Nude lip liner all over the lips and then NYX Mega Shine (natural) over the top.
For the face I used Estee Lauder Double Wear Light all over then Jelly Pong Pong bronzer all over and contoured my cheeks. I decided to go for a warm shade on the cheeks and picked out my Berry Merry to use. This looks quite red on my cheeks but it's not as red, I think the lighting wasn't great.
So there you go my lovelies I thought I would share my Autumn look, I hope you like it and what colours will you be turfing out from your stash? I love finding products and re-using them and find myself falling back in love with them like I did originally!
What shades will you be wearing this Autumn?
Have a lovely day!
you look lovely, I love the blue eyeliner twist ^^
ReplyDeleteExquisite. ♥ The colour of your blush is so awesome.
ReplyDeleteLove the rosy cheeks! You look so healthy, like you've just come in from a brisk walk.
ReplyDeleteMy autumn colour staples are going to be browns and olives/khakis I think. I shall definitely be embracing my paler than pale skin too.
