Elemis | Limited Edition Papaya Enzyme Peel

I've been using the Elemis Enzyme Peel for years! My mum was the first to introduce me to it and I've loved it ever since. It feels and acts like a facial masque but it's very clever. It helps to break down the dead skin cells to reveal brighter skin. You wouldn't want or need to use a facial exfoliator. This replaces your exfoliator and is very effective. However if you like the feel of a scrub then maybe this one isn't for you. It smells AMAZING!!

Elemis say-

The product uses the natural fruit enzyme Papain, extracted from crushed Papaya and Pineapple to gently dissolve dead skin cells. Smooth on cleansed skin and leave for 10-12 minutes before removing with a damp cloth for a brighter more radiant complexion.

To celebrate the 10th anniversary of the award winning Papaya Enzyme Peel, Elemis have launched a limited edition version. I'm sure you've seen it but just in case you haven't I wanted to show you. If you're thinking about trying it then maybe pick up a limited edition one. The tube is so bright, a real nice change from the normal packaging. It makes it feel even more special don't you think? The unique packaging was created by British designer Laura Oakes. Elemis have teamed up with charity SOCO to provide funding for over 50,000 countries with vaccines for children in Africa.

Have you tried Elemis's Papaya Enzyme Peel?

  1. omg. i've had the chance to sample a little bit of this on my hand (not my face) on a skin analysis thing in preston the other day. The stuff feels divine and sounds so promising. Sadly it's the kind of stuff that I dont want to try properly. It's out of my league, i know it's good stuff and I dont want to love it. It's too pricy. I also know that 'only a small dollop' is needed but i dont like using a small dollop. I like to use my exfoliator in generous amount. Well it's good to know that such a good product exists though. I'd love if another brand did something similar

  2. Yeah I know what you mean, it is a little pricey and chances are you would get through a tube of this stuff a lot quicker than your normal Exfoliator. It smells amazing! Thanks for your comment :) x
