New CID Cosmetics i-gel

My new  obsession has to be gel eyeliners. Whilst I enjoy wearing a top liner on the eyes I'm not the best at applying them. However I've been getting better, what's the saying again? 'Practise makes perfect' well I wouldn't say perfect just yet...but definitely better than before!
Thanks to New CID Cosmetics they have a great kit which has given me not only confidence BUT stunning eyes. Enough yapping check out the photos!!

This cute little compact comprises of 3 gel liners which are all beautiful. The three shades are Graphite / Granite / Carbon. You also get a flat eyeliner brush which is really good, I've been using this one each time and not needed to reach for my angled eyeliner brush. I think the price of this little set is well worth it.

I want to give New CID Cosmetics a big thumbs up because one of the design aspects of the i-gel compact is a really neat plastic protective air tight seal (and breathe!) which prevents the gel from drying out.



I took swatches to show you the difference, in the compact they don't look overly different but a you can see from my hand they are. You can even use these gels on the eyes as cream shadows. They have another 2 colour options which are stunning! I like the look of the bronze trio, I imagine this would be stunning for the summer.





Top from bottom- Carbon / Graphite / Granite.

I'm actually wearing Granite today which I perfect for a smokey eye look. If you want something more intense then Carbon would be great whilst Graphite has a very soft subtle shimmer to it.



These have a great staying power and I can confirm they are long wear. I really struggled to get the swatches off my hand just using water and elbow grease lol. A good eye make-up remover works just fine. I'm actually on the look out for one so if you have any suggestions please comment below.
