BCC Airbrush Blender Sponge

I was very lucky and won the Airbrush Blender sponge from BCC (Blank Canvas Cosmetics) over the Christmas. They are based in Ireland and stock a selection of makeup brushes. I've heard and seen lots of great reviews about the blender sponges and after trying this one I can see why! I was very lucky to recieve their Double Ended Foundation & Concealer brush to try out.

I've been using the Airbrush Blender Sponge for my concealer however you can use them for so much! I have fuschia pink one but there is also a royal blue shade you can select.

BCC say-
Nobody likes noticeably streaky make up! The BC Airbrush Blender is perfect for a flawless finish to your foundation. Apply foundation like a pro with this latex free sponge. It's pointed edge is perfect for blending hard to reach areas and applying concealer. Get an airbrush affect result with this smooth, resistant to oil blending sponge.

For best results you simply soak the blender sponge in a bowl of Luke warm water for approximately one minute or run under a warm tap until the sponge expands twice the size. You need to squeeze out the water until it is just damp. Then it's up to you how you want to use it, whether you apply your foundation with a normal brush and then use the sponge to blend in and create the air brush touch. The best way to actually use it is simple, you use a stippling motion like your gently patting or tapping the skin.

To look after the sponge you can you wash it in some warm water but not hot! You can use a little brush shampoo or cleanser. Then leave to dry in a clean airy place. The sponge shrinks back to its normal size.

I love the idea of having your concealer brush and your foundation brush at hand, I've used both ends and find the brush very easy to use and control. I've also washed both brush ends and am happy to report back there has been no shedding which is great news!

Blank Canvas Cosmetics currently have their Winter Sale one which has amazing discounts! Their Airbrush Blender Sponge is currently 50% off!!!Normally costing £7.71 but now only £3.86.

If you are looking for a brush set which has a range of face & eye brushes then I would suggest their 12Pc professional face 7 eye set, the kit normally costs £67.71 but you get a saving of £37.08 making the set only £40.63. I really like the look of these brushes from this kit and think this would make a great piece to anyone's makeup.

Thanks for reading!
