June Favourites

Hello lovelies it's that time again to show you my monthly favourites, these products have been the most loved through June and are still being loved!

Make-up Favourites
Since changing my hair colour my makeup look has changed slightly, I must be honest and say that if anything I've started to re-use colours which I hadn't used for months!
Rimmel Lasting Finish 25HR Foundation in Ivory has been a fall on product in terms of my skin, some days I just need that extra coverage and this delivers exactly that and lasts all day long! Which is great when you feel your face is melting in the sun. I also have New Ivory which is a tiny bit darker and is great for nights out.
Clarins Skin Illusion in Sand has been my daily foundation by far, this is my TOP foundation of the year so far, this is perfect for the Summer. It contains an SPF15 which is a big thumbs up for me, it's light but covers well, it smells amazingly fresh and is packed full of great ingredients.
e.l.f Stipple Brush was on my list of brushes to get, I must admit when I first got this I was a little disappointed because it wasn't as dense as I would've hoped. However after a few attempts I've finally found the best way of using this. I've been using this to apply my bronzer all over, I find it gives a really natural buff to the skin which leads me onto the next product.
Clarins Mosaique Bronzing Powder has been my latest love! This was love at first site and if you would like to see the beautiful compact in greater detail please check out my review here.
Sleek Blush in Rose Gold this has become a big favourite of mine since changing to red hair, the gold in this just looks stunning on the cheeks.
Mac Eyeshadow in Steamy is a new found love since my new red hair, after some advice from the lovely Nicoletta I thought I would re-familiarise myself with colours and was drawn to Steamy which is a stunning Frost finish and described as a Bluish-Green with gold pearl.
Clarins Colour Quench Lip Balm in Sweet Papaya smells of lush cherries and looks so pretty on the lips, this is from Clarins new Summer Collection. If you want to see swatches of this check them out here.

Body Favourites
There's been a few body products but I had to keep this post limited so picked my favourite perfume and because I 've been loving my bubble baths lately I picked this bath soak by Tess Daly.
Escada Taj Sunset has got to be my favourite perfume for the summer, I love the fruity mix of Raspberry and Orange amongst other fruity notes!
Daly Bath Soak has been on my bathroom shelf for some time now but has been used lots lately. This was actually a chrismtas present a couple years ago and still smells just as good as when I first got it. I ADORE the Tess Daly Body range and wish she brought out a fragrance of this scent because it is a total copy of Michael Kors for Women! Which is a love of mine ♥

Skincare Favourites
Just when you thought there could be no better cream cleanser than C&P along came Elemis's Pro-Radiance Cream Cleanser which is my favourite cream cleanser. This is very thick and creamy which melts onto the skin, I use this every evening to take off my eye & face makeup using a muslin cloth. This bottle has lasted me ages, you only need one pump to do the whole face including a bit for your eye area.
Soothing Apricot Toner has to be one of my favourite toners which does say a lot because I never seem to stick with any toner but I have with this one. I love the smell which I think is important with a toner, the spray cap has to be a big reason why I am loving this. As you can see I have been using this lots, this is going to last some time because of the spray I find you don't waste/pour any product.

  1. I love reading/watching people's favorite on blogs and youtube :) Is the Rimmel foundation comparable to the Revlon foundation?

@a!k0 I've never tried Revlon foundations so I wouldn't be able to comment I'm affraid. However this is a great foundation for on a budget and covers well :) hope this helps x

@Emma Sure I bought Rimmel foundation/ Mac Eyeshadow/ Sleek blusher/e.l.f Brush/Tess Daly bath soak. The rest was very kindly sent to me. I always give honest reviews and would never recommend a product if i didnt like or use it myself. I will add this info on at the end of posts if it helps? x

  7. Absolutely agree with the Clarins Skin Illusion. I've used it every day since I first discovered it and I've gotten through 3 bottles already.

I have a lot of ELF brushes, but I don't have the Stipple Brush. Will take a look! x
