I have been enjoying my baths alot more lately thanks to the lovely people from Bodhi who kindly sent me 2 'scentsational' bath & body products. The products came beautifully wrapped so I took some snaps before I opened it up!


The gift box is very sturdy and can be re-used which is fab as we are all living in a world were re-using or re-loving as I like to call it is the way forward. You could use this to store items in which is another good idea!


The 2 bottles fit snuggly in the gift box layered with brown tissue paper, the way the items have been lovingly wrapped gives you the feel of luxury which we all dream of!

I was very kindly sent Jasmine Falls & Palmarosa Verde which are both heavenly and beyond my expectations.

First up I'm going to talk about Jasmine Falls after reading the very well written description on Bodhi online site I thought I would leave it to the professionals for a brief over view of the product.

Jasmine Absolute soothes stressed and irritated skin, increases elasticity and relaxes muscle aches. Its calming and sedative effect is especially beneficial in stress-related conditions. Lavender is naturally rich in linalyl acetate, renowned for its skin conditioning and healing properties. Red Mandarin is high in antioxidants and benefits skin tone. Ylang-Ylang soothes skin and helps equalise sebum. Vetyver dispels exhaustion, while relieving insomnia.

Since starting the 30-Day Shred my poor body needs extra TLC, so I've been indulging in Jasmine Falls to help soothe and relax my tired achey muscles! This is perfect for evening baths, I could just nod off in the bath I find the aroma so relaxing but I don't recommend that peeps! I tend to run a hot bath and once the bath is half full I pour a little under running water, this helps encourage bubbles which I need in a bath. I'm still a kid at heart and bubbles make a bath all that more enticing don't you think?


Next up is Palmarosa Verde which happens to be my favourite of the two. I was won over with the ingredients Geranium, Jasmine and Rose just name a few.

I have been using this both as a therapeutic bath soak but also as a wake up call in the morning. The scent lingers on your body all day which is so pleasing. I have both bottles displayed on my bathroom shelf, so everytime I'm in the bathroom they draw me in andmake me want to run a bath! These would be a great treat for both ladies and gents and would make great gifts!
