I love winter time and I am a christmas baby at heart however lately I have felt all lethargic, what with the dark mornings and dark evenings. So I was very happy when I had the chance to try Energising Body Scrub by Liz Earle.

Liz Earle have developed a VERY energising body product and this truly invigorates the body and mind. When I use the scrub the scent totally uplifts the senses and really motivates you for the day ahead.

Vitamain E and natural ground Olive stones.

I love the traditional 'Gritty' exfoliation the scrub has thanks to the ground Olive Stones, I have been using this as my Self-Tan scrub and this has not let me down. Liz Earle recommend using this on your upper arms, hips, thighs and even your feet!

This is a great body scrub and I can not praise this enough! If your a little stuck for cash seeings christmas is nearly here then why not try their Travel size 50ml £5.25 however it is better value to buy the bigger sized tube!
